This policy explains what personal information Evermore collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have over it.
Information we collect
Account information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth where required, and the bank account details used for payouts.
Activity information generated as you use the platform: tasks completed, accuracy scores, Academy progress, wallet balances and withdrawal history.
Technical information collected automatically: device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited on this site.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, assign your mentor, deliver tasks, calculate rewards and process withdrawals.
To verify identity, detect fraudulent activity and prevent impersonation of the platform.
To send service messages about your account, payouts and security. Marketing messages are optional and can be turned off at any time.
Payment data
Activation payments and withdrawals are processed by BizsecurePay, secured by NDICC. Card and bank credentials are handled by the payment processor. Evermore stores only the transaction reference, amount, status and the payout account name required for settlement.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with our payment processor, service providers who host and secure the platform, and law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by Nigerian financial record-keeping rules.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and staff will never ask for your password or one-time code.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent for optional communications, or request deletion of your account. Write to privacy@evermoreapp.com.ng and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure sessions, plus limited analytics cookies to understand which pages help people most. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without losing access to your account.
Evermore is operated by a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as RC 7930828. The only official Evermore website is https://evermoreapp.com.ng.
