Refund Policy

Cooling-off window

You may request a full refund of your activation payment within 48 hours of payment, provided you have not completed any paid task, claimed any reward, or downloaded Academy certification material.

Once tasks have been completed and credited, activation is treated as used and is no longer refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were debited and your account was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same activation, the payment is refunded in full. Send the BizsecurePay transaction reference to support@evermoreapp.com.ng and we will trace it with the processor.

Bank reversals for failed transactions usually appear within 24 hours without any action from you.

Non-refundable situations

Payments made outside BizsecurePay — to a personal account, a group admin, or a cloned website — cannot be refunded by Evermore because we never received them. Report these on the Scam Alert page.

Activation is not refundable where an account is closed for breaching the Terms of Service, including multiple accounts, automated task submission or impersonation.

Rewards already withdrawn to your bank account are not reversible.

How to request a refund

Email support@evermoreapp.com.ng from the address on your Evermore account with your full name, phone number and the BizsecurePay transaction reference. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through BizsecurePay and typically clear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to the decision email and ask for escalation. An independent reviewer inside Evermore will re-examine the case and respond within 10 business days.
